What is the Trolley route?
The Trolley travels on the rails along the west bank of the South Platte River from our northern terminus at the Confluence Park/REI stop to the end of our line at Lower Colfax Avenue, and then it returns to the Confluence Park/REI stop. During the southbound run, the Trolley stops to pick up and drop off passengers at the Downtown Aquarium stop, and then at the Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus stop, and, finally, at the Broncos Bridge stop across from Mile High Stadium, before continuing on to the southern terminus. Traffic on Lower Colfax Avenue is stopped to allow the Trolley to reach its southern terminus. After reaching the southern terminus, which is just south of the Lower Colfax Avenue crossing, the Trolley comes to a complete stop and the seat backs are turned before returning northbound to the Confluence Park/REI stop. All passengers stay on board during this process. Only during the southbound run does the Trolley stop to drop off and pick up passengers. The Trolley route covers 1.25 miles in each direction and the round-trip ride lasts 25 minutes.
Do you operate year-round?
Due to the unpredictable weather in Denver, the Trolley operates over the summer, generally from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Visit our website for current schedule.

Trolley operations may be cancelled in case of “inclement weather,” defined as one or more of the following:
