The operation would be staffed by volunteers with a paid part time scheduler and manager and local youth during times when school is not in session. A pleasant environment should encourage volunteerism from our own memberships and the community, especially from the local, growing residential area. Operating the trolley is a rewarding experience for individuals and has proven to be a great activity for couples.
